A plan to reinvigorate blighted properties in Allegheny County got a boost Tuesday when a law firm, real estate appraiser and title company said they would provide free services.
The Sacramento region added just 168 new apartment units during the first three months of 2008, the lowest level for a first quarter since 2001, according to brokerage Hendricks & Partners.
"I want to thank the companies involved in this program for donating their services and for seeing the benefit in reducing blighted properties throughout Allegheny County," Onorato said.
